Heck there not even listed in my profile pages thing anymore Thing is where did the forum threads go ? I know I posted all my issue in one and there were 2 or 3 more complaining as me and I posted in them as well

man it was a ordeal / joke for me as well with that but they did fix it and I was then able to acess the download page and use the new mirror and download and install ĭude I was getting pissed with them and let them know it I mean spend 600 bucks on a 980 ti and then go through all that hoop jumping ? I got 13 private messages with them on that crap. Thing was I was not wanting that just per,x 16 nothing else. When you go into your EVGA account and under MY PRODUCTS does it show that you have registered products?'' Without the update, graphics cards in certain motherboards that are in UEFI mode could experience blank screens on boot until the OS loads.

''In order to get Precision XOC is to have a 10 series card registered on your EVGA account, otherwise it will not download or work. To ensure compatibility with certain UEFI SBIOSes, an update to the NVIDIA GPU firmware may be required. I still got the privet messages I had with them over this and that was pointed out this is why you need the s/n so they don't allow you to down load and use a program not for your card

Well now the overclock scanner is 10 series only Just seems odd they suddenly want the Serial Number. It's a 970 I bought in Feb 2015, prior to that I had a EVGA 660, both using Precision X to control the fans/OC. And I'm sure I registered the card when I bought it.

I have my original box, deep in my closet, I just think it's odd that I've been using this software for more than a year with this particular EVGA card, and the previous card I had come to think of it, and now with a single upgrade in software they want the registration number. funny thing is I went to evga forums to pull up the threads on mine and others with this cant access the download page and there all gone or removed it seems ? I wanted to show you my deal and there replies first hand with that issue still you have to have a registered card to access ther download mirrors or go through steam and there clients Īny way theres a sticker on the back of the card that has that info on it so its not that hard to get the s/n The most elusive cards by far seem to be Nvidia's RTX 3070 8GB models, which we presume have been put on the back burner by Nvidia in favor of building RTX 3070 Tis, since both GPUs are made from the same GA104 die.Well did you not register your evga card when you bought it ? I also had issue with them on there software but they did resolve it after I pointed some things out like why do I have to go to a 3ed party to get there software and its a shame your evga fan boys recommend MIS afterburner over your product then in a week they did add a new download mirror that worked as expected and all was then well and good. However, this has been a common issue not only with EVGA's store but with other retailers. It's a real shame EVGA doesn't have more mid-range cards, which arguably is what most gamers are shopping for. Among mid-range and budget-friendly products, it only has the RTX 3070 Ti FTW3 Ultra for $759 and the RTX 3050 XC Gaming for $299 in stock right now. The only vanilla RTX 3080 10GB model in stock is the FTW3 Ultra Hydro Copper variant for a respectable $919. Hydro Copper versions include the RTX 3080 12GB XC3 Ultra Hydro Copper for $1199, and the FTW3 Ultra Hydro Copper for $1249. AIO variants include the RTX 3080 12GB XC3 Ultra Hybrid for $1299.99 and the FTW3 Ultra Hybrid for $1199. The only air-cooled model in stock is the RTX 3080 12GB XC3 Ultra for $979.99. The most amount of SKUs available from the EVGA store is its RTX 3080 lineup with six different models to choose from including five 12GB models and a single 10GB model.īut unfortunately, most of these models are liquid-cooled variants.
